Agnes Tirop the Kenyan Athlete has continued to pain the hearts of not only local Kenyans but also the government officials starting from the State Hose, His Excellence Uhuru Kenyatta to their official leaders.

In her honor, the board in charge of Athletics in the country has issued new directives that is going to be in place for a period of two weeks.
This was announced on Thursday, October 14, by the Athletics Kenya President, Jackson Tuwei, as the country continues to mourn the demise of the former World Record holder.

The athletics federation has issued the statement, as they term Tirop a "lost a jewel, who was one of the fastest-rising athletics giants on the international stage."

The bitter part of her death is that she was found dead in her house. The investigation is still underway as details emerge linking her death to a love triangle whereby the first suspect being her lover.
