What better person to give tips on how to be a better runner than the best runner of all times. Eliud Kipchoge, the first man to ever run a marathon in under two hours has given a tip to his fans on what makes him a better runner. He shared this message on his Facebook page while exercising in his training camp. "Usually we do exercises in camp twice a week. The reason for this is to create a balance in the body, the more balanced we are, the better runners we are," the message read.
Balance in athletes is very essential since every form of movement they make while running rely on their balance. If a runner has an improved balance in his feet, his or her runs are smoother and faster. Balance training is also a good way to prevent injuries in athletes.
Eliud Kipchoge is current world record holder in the marathon.
