After several weeks links to a number of top clubs across Europe including Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Rennes star midfielder and French international, Eduardo Camavinga has finally completed his transfer move to La Liga giants, Real Madrid in a surprising development.
Camavinga, 18, is now set to ply his trade at the Santiago Bernabeu after the Los Blancos managed to reach an agreement with Rennes in a stunning last minute swoop and thus, dealing a blow to the several clubs who have been keeping close tabs on him throught the summer.
Coming through the youth ranks of the Rennes academy, Eduardo Camavinga have had a fantastic spell at the Rhoazon Park Stadium with him going on to make 70 appearances despite his young age and hence, proving to be a real deal in the midfield, making him to attract interest from different clubs.
However, despite the massive interest, the 18 year old was understood to be eyeing a move to the Carlo Ancellotti's side and was willing to run down his contract to complete the dream transfer in the next summer window though the Los Blancos have now managed to secure his signature.
