Manchester United welcomed Southampton at the Old Trafford on the night of Tuesday, February 2. Bruno Fernandes was so brilliant that night. He offered two assists to James and Martial. He also scored for United in the 87th minute after they got a penalty when Jan Bednarek tripped Anthony Martial.

10. Che Adams' disallowed goal.
Che Adams tried to pull one for Southampton in the 54th minute but he was unlucky. His goal was disallowed after he was ruled offside by the VAR.
11. Jan Bednarek's red card.
Southampton’s Jan Bednarek was sent off in the 86th minute and Southampton remained a nine-man squad. He was shown the red card after tripping Anthony Martial in the penalty area.
12. Man United ball possession.
Manchester United dominated in ball possession as compared to their visitors Southampton. They had a ball possession of 75% by the end of the match.
13. Alex McCarthy’s saves.
Southampton’s goalkeeper Alex McCarthy tried his best to prevent his team from conceding many goals. He made a total of 6 clear saves.
