Corona Virus or covid 19 , is a deadly respiratory virus that has brought the world to a standstill ,after it was announced to have started in China where it was fast spreading and killing people. The virus has since disrupted the normal daily life of people all over the world forcing several nations to enforce lockdown across the borders and various migration check points . 
World cup being one of the worldwide event that bring people from different parts of the world to have the full experience of football competition ,is due next year 2022 after it was last held in 2018 where people from different parts of the world converged together in Russia where France national team took the trophy home after a hard match against Croatia. 
World Cup is bound to take place come 2022 but the question still remains if by then corona virus will allow football fans to travel to the designed country that will host the football event? Will it even take place due to the surge of the pandemics third wave?
