Chelsea have joined hands with Premier League and FA organization to boycott social media. They have clearly indicated that they don't have room for racism, antisemitism, hate or any form of discrimination. They feel that social media platforms have not done enough to eliminate racism from their apps. They want to prompt the companies to work on more strict methods to filter all racism abuses. They believe that the platforms can't survive without them posting contents for fans.
The Blues have rallied a fight against racism to protect all the players who are being abused. Chelsea owner Roman Ibrahimovich is leading this fight. More organizations have agreed to join hands and boycott in the following dates. It will commence on Friday 30th April 1500 UK time. The boycott will end on 3rd May 2359 UK time. During that period, no content will be posted in any of the club's social pages. They are looking for change against Racism.
