Harambee Stars goalkeeper Patrick Matasi has been linked with a move to Azam FC home to another Kenyan Kenneth Muguna. Matasi was outstanding for Tusker FC keeping over 18 clean sheets on their way to winning the league last season. The former St Georges goalkeeper returned from a cruelling road accident to make a name for himself at Tusker FC and became their first choice number one.
According to Mozzart sports updates, the Kenyan is now linked with a move to Tanzanian mainland league after Azam FC registered interests for the player. The experienced player will be a good addition to Azam FC who will be looking to strengthen their squad ahead of next season after having a bad outing this ending season.
