The Best Striking Forces in the Kenya Premier League

This season KPL has been fantastic to watch owing to the fact that their have been fantastic striking combinations that have scored a number of good goals. KPL has always been a league that most teams do not score a lot of goals but of recent there has been a great improvement from teams with winning margins expanding. The following are teams with the best striking force:

Gor Mahia

The KPL defending champions have been good despite their off the pitch financial issues. Gor are in position one with 51 points, 4 points in front of the second placed team. Gor have had a glamorous season with a great striking combination upfront. Gors front line include:Juma Balinya, Samuel Onyango and Cliffton Miheso who have played as a unit and scored a total of 45goals in 22matches which is excellent.

Kakamega Homeboys

The Kakamega based side has been remarkably good this season with stunning performance in their striking force. They are in position 2 on the log with 47points, four points behind the league leaders. Homeboys striking force include Allan Wanga, Ali Bhai and Shami Kibwana who have the experience to ensure they are scoring goals. Kakamega Homeboys have scored a total of 45 goals from 22 matches which is a perfectly good.


The Ruaraka based side have exhibited good football this season. They are in position three with 46points, five behind the league leaders. Tucker have a good combination upfront which includes Timothy Otieno who is the top goalscorer in the league with 15goals, George Ogutu and Kevin Okoth.The side has shown more maturity thus the reason for scoring 41 goals in 21matches.
