RIP: Kenyan Football Fraternity Into Deep Mourning

Kenya has quite a good number of footballers distributed across different leagues in and outside the country.This entire Kenyan football fraternity is into deep mourning after the passing on of one of the veteran footballers George Mwangi.

George Mwangi was a retired professional footballer who played for different clubs in the Kenya Premier League.During his active days, Mwangi first turned out for Nairobi City Stars between January 2012 and December 2013.He joined Ushuru FC in January 2014 before rapping up his football career with the same club in December 2014.

During his Kenya Premier League (KPL) stint, Mwangi marked a total of 51 appearances scoring a total of 3 goals.He played a total of 3617 minutes with both Nairobi City Stars and Ushuru FC.May his soul Rest In Peace and condolences to family and friends.
