Things That Ole Gunnar Should Do To Please Manchester United Fans

Manchester United reaction in the second half shows why the board decided to give Ole Gunnar Solskjær some time, after poor performances. First half was terrible - but Man Utd want to protect Ole. Now, Liverpool. Manchester United board thinks players are with the manager but I think there will be that moment that we'll agree 'every man for himself and God for us all'.

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored in three consecutive Champions League games for Manchester United for the second time, previously doing so in November 2007 en route to winning the trophy with the Red Devils. Inevitable.

Paul Pogba asked about his future: “I enjoy playing at Manchester United. Then Cristiano is special - he’s one of the best in the world, I love playing with him”.

Paul Pogba is right! Ronaldo is great but Pogba should think smart. The next logical step in his career is to exit Man United once his contract expires, sign to a bigger or more competitive club and up his stats. He should utilize his youthful age just as Ronaldo and other icons did.

A number of players are happy. On the contrary, some are not satisfied because Ole Gunnar is not making use of very key players. Ole Gunnar Solksjaer should try rotate his squad rather than entrusting some players with duties which have been hard for them. We all need results, it is quite unfortunate that we are getting beaten when we have a very exceptional team.

Bruno Fernandes created eight chances against Atalanta tonight, the most by a Manchester United player on record in a single Champions League game (since 2003-04). Even if Manchester pulled a fine comeback against Atalanta, I believe it is time for Ole Gunnar to go back to the drawing board. This should be very quick because the leagues re getting tougher and tougher every day.

Utilization of most players will be of great help especially now that all is well. In my own opinion, the board has given the Norwegian enough time to redeem himself. Any further disappointments might hand Zinadine Zidane the managerial role.
