Chelsea will be hoping to gain revenge over rivals Leceister City when the two sides clash at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening. Both the clubs will be fighting for top four spots in the Premier League table as Liverpool are just 1 point behind hence no club will be willing to slip up unnecessarily. Chelsea were heartbroken last Saturday after their stoppage time equalizing goal by Ben Chillwell was disallowed by VAR to gift the Foxes a lucky 1-0 victory after Youri Tielemans stunning strike. Chelsea are currently in position 4 with 64 points after losing 1-0 to Arsenal while Leceister are in position 3 with 66 points after winning their most recent match 2-1 against Manchester United.
The Blues have reverted back to 3-4-3 formation with Manager Thomas Tuchel settling on Goalkeeper Edourd Mendy to start. Chelsea defence will comprise of Rudiger, Silva & Azipilicueta while midfield will usher in Chillwell, Reece James, Ngolo Kante & Jorginho. Chelsea attack will be lead by Kai Havertz as centre forward alongside Christian Pulisic & Mason Mount as blues target a clean sheet victory.
