Chelsea confirmed the signing of Spaniard midfielder Saul Niguez on loan from Atletico Madrid on the deadline day. Chelsea paid €5 Million loan fee for the star with an option to buy him on a permanent deal at €34 Million. Saul Niguez will wear the number 17 Jersey at Chelsea which previously weared by Matteo Kovacic, Mohamed Salah & Eden Hazard. Saul Niguez had a successful first training session with Chelsea first team squad Cobham Training Complex ahaed of his Premier League debut against Aston Villa next week.

Chelsea beat Manchester United & Liverpool in the race to sign Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid on loan although they missed on a deal to land Jules Kounde from Sevilla at £65 Million after submitting a £50 Million bid which was rejected.
