Chelsea are among the top contenders to land Dortmund duo Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2021. The two youngsters are the sacrificial lambs who have been put on the front line in the selling list in June due to woes of Covid-19. Dortmund just like any other club across Europe have been affected by the Corona Virus pandemic.

Immediately Tuchel arrived as head coach in Chelsea, he has been linked with Haaland who's been doing so well upfront for the Germany club. Haaland is the second best top scorer in Germany slightly adrift Robert Lewandowski who's leading with over 20 goals. The 21 year old has been massively linked with a number of clubs including Real Madrid and Manchester United.

The director of sports Michael Zorc has been clearly stating both Sancho and Haaland wouldn't leave the club because they're in the club's future plan. However, Dortmund may lose the two players in the summer if they fail to qualify for the champions league spot. The club has been performing dismally in a couple of few weeks hence it's a scare that they are likely to lose the stars.[Photo Courtesy]
