The third and final group stage matches in this year's Qatar 2022 world cup matches begin today. This means a number of teams fate will be decided from today with only a few teams including Brazil, France and Portugal already have confirmed spots in the round of 16.
There is also a change in kick off times from today and matches will no longer be played seperately. The first pair of matches will kick off at 6PM in the evening and the other pair will begin at 10PM in the night.
At 6PM, Equador will only be looking for a draw as they face African giants Senegal at the Khalifa International stadium in Al Rayyan. At that very time, the hosts Qatar who were the first team to be knocked out will be playing their final match just for formality as they face Holland who will only be looking for a point to proceed to knock out stages.
At 10PM, the most awaited match between Iran and USA will be played at the Al Thumama stadium. This match will be very politically charged due to the differences between the two countries. Concurently, Wales will play England who also needs just a draw to make it to the round of 16.
