Man United Close To Signing A Brazilian Foward In Deal Worth Upto £50 Million

Following their last game against Brentford that saw the Red Devils lose with a margin of 4 goals, they seem to have intensified the search and urge to sign more quality players after the signing of Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen from Brentford and Lisandro Martinez from Ajax has not been doing well

Whilst a central midfielder still remains a priority for Erik Ten Hag as they have not shifted from their main target, Frankie De Jong currently playing for Barcelona, a foward is still needed

However much the club is still in possession of the 37 year old Cristiano Ronaldo, they have opted to still pursue the services of another foward attacker and latest reports show that they are eyeing on Brazilian La Liga star

Matheus Cunha who is currently playing for Atletico Madrid has been linked with a mkve to Old Trafford as the fouth signing this summer and according to trusted source, Man United are close to signing him with a fee of £50 million expected for the 23 year old

The Brazilian signed to Atletico at a cost of £24 million last summer which would be a good profit for the Spanish giants should the deal be successful

Cunha had a fairly good season in the last campaign after netting a total of 6 goals and providing another 6 assists in 29 appearances. The player has the ability to play the roles of number 9, false 9, second striker or as a winger in both sides
