Tottenham Hotspur player Sergio Reguilon deserves all the praise against Newcastle after what he did against Newcastle United.
The match had gone already for forty minutes and Tottenham had successfully managed to stage a 2:1 comeback after they went down early in the match. The goals had been scored by both Harry Kane and Tanguy Ndombele.
Sergio Reguilon noticed a fan who needed medical attention in the stands and immediately alerted the referee who stopped the match for him to be attended to. The match was then suspended for about ten minutes as the fan received treatment in the stands.
A few minutes later the match was back and the fan was confirmed to be responsive too. However for a player in the match stopping play and alerting the referee is worth noting.Eric Dier was also part of it as he also even went ahead and called the medical team from the bench to go have a look.
