Former laliga Giants Barcelona are interested in Portuguese forward, Joao Felix who is currently playing for Athletico Madrid, according to journalist Ruben Uria.

Felix was signed by Athletico Madrid in the 2019 summer in a deal worth 120 million euros from Benfica. But the striker has experienced some difficulties to fit into the playing system for Athletico Madrid's manager Diego Someone, who has preferred to give a lot of playing time to Luiz Suarez, Griezmann, cuhna and Angel Correa ahead of him.

The Portuguese forward is frustrated with the situation and that's why he's seeking for an exit from the club. Barcelona have a chance to sign him and may consider him compared to Erling Halaand who his much expensive.
So far, Felix has made over 100 appearances for Athletico Madrid and has managed to score 22 goals. Reports also indicates that Athletico Madrid's manager Diego Someone is happy to let the player leave but Club's CEO Miguel remains keen on keeping hold for the former Benfica prodigy.
