Arsenal Frustrate Brighton To A Goalless Draw

North London side Arsenal held Brighton to an entertaining goaless draw at the Amex stadium.

Brighton who were playing at home were at the better side for the majority of the match and dominated a large part of possession and the majority of the encounters.

Brighton dominated the match through out the first half and Mikel Arteta’s side improved after the break but were unable to find a breakthrough.

The result continues Brighton's impressive start to the premier league campaign while on the other hand the Gunners were impressed by the mini-revival of three successive premier league victories.

It was not a bad point in the end for Arsenal, who were second best throughout the 90 minutes.Smith Rowe showed a good display, but below his performance.Three wins and one draw from this patch of games has been a good return ahead of the international break.

The results have placed Arsenal at nineth position in the English premier league standings.
