Isaac Juma, Kenya's top fan for the national team, Harambee Stars, and independent AFC Leopards, was hacked to death at 11pm last night in his house at Mumias, Kakamega County.

The news of Juma's death has sent the sports-loving nation into shock. Reactions of disappointment and condolences poured in from all walks of life over the legendary football morale booster.

Among the first to react was Kenya's Deputy President and UDA presidential flagbearer, Dr. William Ruto. He tweeted at 10am today.

"We are heartbroken by the loss of the ever-present AFC Leopards and Harambee Stars longstanding fan Isaac Juma. He was a friendly, ever jovial and passionate soccer supporter. Our thoughts are with the family and soccer fraternity during this painful time. Rest In Peace, Juma." @WilliamsRuto https://t.co/aVJuHt9k6S

As if that was not enough, the Tanga Tanga fans made it even clearer as followers.

"We need to attend his burial to prove that HUSTLERS matter. People think that we attend burials for the rich only!" @ItsNyagah tweeted immediately after DP Ruto's condolences message.

Other supporters praised their Tweeter-in-Chief (Ruto) that he was the first to tweet among the leaders and presidential aspirants. One Collins even went on to ask Ruto to be the first to attend their fellow Hustler's funeral.

And @buffalo dash poured his heart out under Ruto's tweet in this message.

Meanwhile, in a separate tweet, however, the Harambee Stars also mourn their top lover and entertainer.

In another divelopment, Juma's immediate widow and the police have confirmed that he was hacked to death by a suspected rival over land disputes.

Peris Muthoni, the Western Region's police boss, told the Media that they were still interrogating the suspect for more information. "We have a suspect over the murder to know more,” she said.

The late Isaac Juma's widow is also reported with the same confirmation. By the time Weakleaks' story went to press, the Kate's body was still in the mortuary as investigations were going on. Good news is that one suspect has already been apprehended.

According to @papafavour, Juma had even an outstanding land dispute with his own kin.

"Isaac Juma's wife told police the incident happened over a family land dispute that has been outstanding for some years, Isaac even shared the same message during the AFC Leopard game, Juma had differences with his brother and sisters over family land."

He sounded this alarm, which, as usual, fell on deaf ears. Some tweeters even blamed the DP for waiting with his intervention until after danger. "For the days he has been alive, what did you do to better his life?" asked KOT Chief.

The message in the picture taken during one of his AFC Leopard's matches, reads: MY LIF IS IN DANGER! and in deed, it was!
