Crystal Palace manager Patrick Viera has caused debate online after he kicked an Everton fan during yesternight's match. The manager was angered by the fan who invaded the pitch at full time.Crystal Palace had gone two nill up in the first half only for Everton to launch a comeback in the second half.Keane scored first as Richarlison would later equalize to make it 2:2.
It was Dominic Calvert Lewin's goal that however brought the emotions. When he scored, the fans ran into the stadium to celebrate with the team. Why? A win for Everton meant they were staying up in the premier league and therefore were not going to be relegated. That meant so much.
However with Viera kicking the fan in the viral video has brought up debate, on whether it was the right thing to do.Definitely there should have been more measures to protect the coach as it was seen over the week when a fan hit Sheffield United player till he bled during a play off match.
