Arsenal Hierarchy Alerted Over Manager Appointment As Arsenal Languish in Mid Table Positions

Arteta is well positioned to take Arsenal in to greater heights, as far as his capabilities are concerned. But getting the right players. At the right prices may as well be the major factor. More so the only alternative to playing good football, is by bringing in quality players.

Arteta did try bring in Thomas, Willian, Gabriel and Odegaard all to help him. Secure back the glory days at Emirates Stadium. But all seems in vain and has prompted the Arsenal managers, abilities to be questioned.

And with Arsenal languishing in tenth position in the premier league table. With no assurity on any European football next season. Except if only Arsenal win the current Europa league trophy. Which is close to impossible. After wasting quarter final first leg against Slavia at Emirates Stadium. With a one goal draw with the Czech team.

To make things even harder for the North London club. Manchester United, Roma and Villarreal are all still in the race. Something which should be a really worrying stuff to Arteta. As he has to go past them all to clinch the trophy.

Especially with premier league rivals Manchester United still in the race. Considering how best are performing domestically. That's food for thought for all Arsenal fans and players. There could be some difficult moments for Arsenal. If they don't qualify for champions league or Europa league football next season. As convincing quality players to join the club would be very difficult.

And former Sunderland player Bent, has had a word on Arteta's appointment. He said, "When Arsenal were looking for a manager there were two people up for grabs. Arteta and Ancelotti. I thought Ancelotti should have been the one to go to Arsenal, and Arteta to go to Everton." Said Bent on talkSport.
