Kenyan strikers performed well over the weekend with the likes of Benson Omalla netting twice for their clubs. Omalla looks set for a full debut season for Gormahia fc and will be looking to fill the boots left by Michael Olunga some years ago. The 20 year old striker could soon prove his doubters wrong after having a failed stint in Sweden before returning back to join Gormahia fc.
Else where Harambee stars striker Jonah Ayunga featured for the English side Morecambe after a nasty injury. Ayunga has been out for two months and his return could be vital for the championship side. He was introduced in the 59th minute as his side went for a 3.3 draw against Accrington town.
We wish Jonah Ayunga all the best as he strives for match fitness ahead of the next matches. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner
