ManU Climbs Up In The Race For Golden Glove After Dean Henderson Keeps A Cleansheet Against Leeds

Manchester United were on Sunday evening up against Leeds who welcomed them at Elland Road.Manchester United named a relatively stronger squad as they sought to reduce the gap between them and Manchester City.

However all these was not enough.Leeds proved unbreakable with both sides determined to the end.The game would later end in a barren draw.

This has now moved Manchester United up in standings, cleansheets taken into consideration.Chelsea now leads the table of cleansheets with the one they kept against Westham in the London derby on Sunday.

Manchester City comes second with seventeen cleansheets also, only that they have a game in hand that they are set to play after.

Aston Villa come third with forteen cleansheets so far, although cleansheets have not been forthcoming for them in recent times. Earlier in the season Emiliano Martinez used to keep them a lot.

Manchester United take the fourth spot with thirteen cleansheets so far for this season. They have at times struggled to keep the cleansheets as they always concede so early.

These statistics however show the number of cleansheets in terms of teams and not as individual goalkeepers. The difference is slightly different though because Ederson leads followed by Mendy and then Emiliano Martinez.
