Liverpool welcomed 18th place, suffering Leeds United at Anfield on Saturday night in a thrilling Premier League encounter. In the 33 minutes of play, Trent sent a beautiful pass into Nunez, who advanced on goal but delayed his shot and that allowed Meslier to make a save. He had a big chance to dribble Meslier but he didn't, he played like another academy new recruit player. Not only that implausible play, he had several mistakes in the game. 
Football fans had mixed reactions after Nunez's poor performances. Liverpool fans were unhappy and said Nunez costed their defeat at home. They said that Nunez is one of Liverpool's worst players due to his implausible play. Nunez showed slow game, short passing, poor finishing and many more against Leeds United. The match ended Liverpool 1-2 Leeds. Salah scored for Liverpool. 
Liverpool lost to 20th place Nottingham Forest and 18th place Leeds United in table back-to-back Premier League games. Liverpool suffered their first home defeat in the Premier League since March 2021, ending a 29-game unbeaten run at Anfield on Saturday when Leeds beat them 2-1.
