Marseille agreed to a €2m loan deal with an option to buy at a further eight million. Initially, the French club wanted to get about 15 million euros, reports Xinhua. Milik deal set to be completed within 24/48 hours after a verbal agreement between the both parties.
It's understood he has agreed personal terms with United over a contract until 2027, and all that is left is for the 20-time English champions to settle on a transfer fee.
With their latest offer eclipsing the first, rejected earlier this month, there will be optimism that the Brazil international's push to force a move through will help seal a deal.
