Kirinyaga County Governor, Hon Ann Waiguru has shared a wonderful message to French Footballer Mbappe as he celebrates his twenty forth birthday.

The French Team forward scored four goals against Argentina in their world final match which was played this Sunday. However, the team lost their two penalties which saw Argentina take the trophy home in this year's world cup in Qatar.
