"With Nairobi Traffic Atatutangulia Thika" Raburu Estimates Kipchoge's 40km Distance From Nairobi

Eliud Kipchoge is currently the talk of town after flying the Kenyan flag high in Berlin Germany following his exemplary performance in the 40 kilometer Marathon race. Kipchoge who emerged first and even broke his own previous record, finished in an unforseen time of 2:01:09. With lots of praise and talks revolving around his name, various Kenyan personalities and prominent figures have also been noted to be discussing this particular topic.

Well, popular Citizen TV journalist Willis Raburu is one of the personalities who plunged into the Kipchoge discussion on social media. In point of fact, the 10 over 10 host was baffled after approximating the total distance Kipchoge had covered in two hours. According to Raburu, a distance from Nairobi General Post Office to Thika Town is equivalent to the 40 kilometer which Kipchoge covered. As he made light of the situation, Raburu argued that would it be that there was a traffic jam in the Nairobi CBD, Kipchoge would arrive in Thika ahead of many motorists due to his unmatched pace.

"Yaani Kipchoge has run from GPO to Thika in two hours. With Nairobi traffic, I swear akitoka rush hour he will arrive before we do, crazy." Raburu jotted.

Alongside the Citizen TV journalist, some other personalities who have acknowledged Kipchoge's performance include former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and President William Ruto. What message do you have for Kipchoge following his exemplary performance? Share your regards on the comment section.
