Wednesday's Best Match Predictions

1. Bayern Munich v Lazio

Bayern Munich finished the job in Rome, as they beat their opponents with 4:1. They are already through the quarterfinals, but as Germans they wont play as the job is done and will play as the result is 0:0. Lazio is on the verge of elimination and they can only hope that Bayern will have a very bad night and try to surprise them. I don't see anything else here, except home victory and over 2.5 goals.

2. Nottm Forest v Norwich

Nottingham forest have not won in the last 4 games but I think they will pick up something tonight against the top team who are in fine form. At the prices I think forest are overpriced so have a small bet on them.

3. Wycombe v Barnsley

2-1 the last two times these sides faced off, Wycombe Wanderers had a huge win at home to Preston the weekend and I am backing they have a real go tonight. Barnsley won 3-2 at Bournemouth and have won eight in nine. I am going over 2.5 goals.

4. Tokyo v Shonan Bellmare

There is great odds value here in taking the Under 2.5 to win as 2 out of the last 3 times FC Tokyo and Shonan Bellmare have faced. I think today we will see the goals tally stay under 2.5 goals.

5. Chelsea v Atletico Madrid

Chelsea have won 3 and drawn 2 of their last 5 matches played, and sit 4th in the English Premiership drawing their last game played 0-0 away against Leeds. Atlético Madrid have won 2 drawn 2 and lost 1 of their last 5 matches played, and sit Top of the Spanish La Liga drawing their last game played 0-0 at home against Gatafe. Chelsea won the 1st leg 0-1 away with a goal in the 68 minutes. The previous time these 2 teams met was in 2017 in the same competition where Chelsea won 1-2 away drawing this fixture 1-1. I am taking this match to end in a draw.

6. Grimsby v Tranmere

Tranmere have failed to score in two of their last three matches. They have lost two of their last three competitive visits to Grimsby. The hosts kept a clean sheet in their last home league match against Colchester.

7. Sevilla v Elche

Sevilla are fourth with 51 points and if they win, they can get closer to the top three. Vidal is injured and will miss the match. Elche are seventeenth and are only one point above the relegation zone. I expect Sevilla to win and take the three points and get closer to their target this season, a place that leads in the Champions League.

8. Nagoya Grampus v Yokohama

Nagoya Grampus have kept an excellent form having had 100 % run of form winning all four games this season. They are up against Yokohama FC who have lost all four matches conceiving goals. A comfortable win for Nagoya.

9. Accrington Stanley v Sunderland

Accrington (10th) have just 2 wins in their last 11 league fixtures, and they came against sides on a terrible run of form at the moment in Swindon and Doncaster. Accy do have a good record against teams currently in the top-3 of the table though with 2 wins, 2 draws, and a defeat and are yet to play Sunderland this season who sit in 4th place and come here on the back of an EFL trophy victory in the final 3 days ago. While Sunderland are unbeaten in their last 7 league fixtures with 6 wins. They do have a draw and a defeat in their last 4 away games and while that was their only defeat on the road this season. 3 days isn’t a lot of time to recover after a cup final, especially when you’ve won it.

10. Yokohama F Marinos v Tokushima Vortis

Both sides have been bad in keeping a clean sheet this season after conceding 6 goals each in just 4 games so far. As they duo lovk their horns to determine a winner, the hosts remain the best to win but the guests score anyway.

11. Sagan Tosu v Kashiwa Reysol

Sagan tosu didn't concede any goals this season. They won their 2 games last year against kashiwa. Sagan and no GG here.

12. Tanjong Pagar United v Lion City Sailors FC

Tanjong Pagar United last 5 fixtures LLLLD scored 7 goals. Lion City Sailors Fc last 5 fixtures DWDWW scored 16 goals. Apparently, Lion City Sailors have more goals. My tip is the away team to win.

13. Seoul v Gwangju

Gwangju have won 1 and lost 3 of their 4 matches while Seoul have won 2 and lost 2 from their 4 matches and having beaten Gwangju during their last 4 visits here. I fancy a home win for Seoul.

14. Torino v Sassuolo

Torino are still without a win at home so far this season and their most recent match came as a 4-2 defeat against Crotone, who have the worst Form in the league at the moment (last 8). Morale is expected to be low when Sassuolo visit this afternoon with the 4th best Away record in Serie A. Sassuolo have just beaten Hellas Verona on their own turf while they currently hold a top-10 record at home in the league. The quality is there if they want to turn it on again here to record back-to-back wins.

15. Cerezo Osaka v Oita

I have no doubt that Cerezo Osaka will win today, because they had many wins in last games, they have a better place in J1 League and they were able to win 4 in a row against Oita. Cerezo Osaka won with 1-0, when both teams have met in last game.

16. Urawa Red Diamonds v Consadole Sapporo

Consadole Sapporo started the season with 2 wins in their first 2 matches, but they come here after 2 consecutive away losses in the league (0-1, 1-2). Urawa Red Diamonds have played only 1 home match since the start of the season and they have won it. Both teams scored in 8 f the last 12 mutual matches and at these odds I will try both teams to score and Urawa Red Diamonds to win.
