Breaking News: Stadium Expansion To Accommodate 110,000 Fans Confirmed By Club President.

As per the Sun, Barcelona president Laporta has confirmed that the Camp Nuo Stadium. Will be expanding to hold a capacity of 110,000 spectators. And the process may start of as 2022 but will require the team to secure another venue for there home matches.

The expansion project though will have to be funded by the club through taking a loan from the bank. And talks are currently underway between club representatives and Goldman Sachs investment bank. The Stadium has a current capacity of 99,354 official seats which will be added with 11,000 more.

But all these will have to be given a clean bill of right by Barcelona's members. And will be put into serious consideration after the club had just announced a £408m losses these week. It is in record that they failed to register Messi who left for PSG due to the lack of finance.
