After a two-year fantastic spell at the Wanda Metropolitano, Uruguayan international and former Liverpool and Barcelona star striker, Luis Suarez is poised for sensational free exit with Atletico Madrid officially announcing the decision.

Signing for the Diego Simeone's side back in the summer of 2020 after being ejected from Nou Camp by then manager, Ronald Koeman, Suarez has continued to impress, with him bracing a massive 32 goals in just 65 appearances for the White and Red army.
Meanwhile, the 35 year old is not the only player leaving the club with star midfielder, Hector Hereira also set to play his last game at the Wanda Metropolitano against Sevilla on Sunday evening.
"At the end of the game, the Wanda Metropolitano will pay tribute to Luis Suárez and Héctor Herrera, who are saying goodbye to the Red and White family today," tweeted Madrid.

Meanwhile, football transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano reports that Suarez is still looking to continue his career in the Europe and hence, it remains to be seen which club will manage to secure his signature.
