He has been signed on a € 12.5 million fee from Vasco Da Gama. Chelsea football club have confirmed that they have signed the player and they look forward in seeing him in the club for the coming games
. Chelsea have been actively involved in the transfer window and it is one of the premiere league clubs they have signed most player in the window. Chelsea is also looking forward to signing other players in the coming weeks.
