The end of the Kenyan Premier League season gave way to the transfer window. Here in Kenya, we have seen a number of players who have switched clubs. Some have even made to top teams across the borders.

One player that has been termed as the best defensive midfielder has left his club after a 2 year stint. Fidel Origa of Wazito FC has officially left the Kenyan Premier League side. Origa joined the side in November 2020.

The impressive central midfielder has previously had stints at Kariobangi Sharks and Western Stima. This would be a big loss for Wazito who have already seen their captain Johnstone Omurwa leave the club for greener pastures in Israel. As Origa leaves, the club will be looking at other options to replace him since he has had a huge impact at the club.

From us here, we wish Fidel all the best in his new journey. His destination is however unknown because he has not revealed it himself. Origa is a former Under 20 national team player for Harambee stars.
