Club has Agreed to Sell Player to Chelsea, Tuchel Wants Him Badly

Chelsea managed to secure all the three points in their premier league opener against Everton and would be keen to extend the same results in their incoming matches in an attempt to cement their position in the EPL title race.

The Blues have made several changes to their squad and the Germany tactician Thomas Tuchel is still keen on bolistering his attacking and defensive departments.

Despite having Thiago Silva and Kolidou Koulibaly, Tuchel's feels that another centreback will solve his defensive predicaments and therefore the need to add one more player to his pack of players.

However according to Football London, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has been given the green light to complete the signing of Leicester city's ace Wesley Fofana with the EPL rivals demanding a whopping fee of £85m.

Fofana, 24 is being viewed as a perfect and long term target for Chelsea considering the uncertainty of Thiago Silva's future at Stamford Bridge coupled with unsettled Malang Sarr.

Meanwhile, Timo Werner is expected to sign for Rb Leipzig on a permanent move as Fabrizio Romano.
