Matchday 13 of the 2021/2022 EPL season kicked off with 5 matches on Saturday, November 27.
Arsenal and Liverpool are some of the big guns who featured on Saturday. Liverpool's 4:0 thrashing of Southampton took them to 28 points, one point behind Chelsea who play on Sunday. The Reds have now scored 39 goals in 13 Premier League games.
Before that goal-fest at Anfield, Arsenal had recorded a comfortable 2:0 win over Newcastle United. The three points at The Emirates Stadium took the Gunners' points tally to 23, level with 4-placed West Ham United. Mikel Arteta's team are fifth on the EPL table standings, thanks to their inferior goal difference.
Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa, Norwich vs Wolves and Brighton vs Leeds also took place on Saturday. Aston Villa were 1:2 winners at Selhurst Park while Norwich City held in-form Wolves to 0:0 draw. Brighton could only manage a 0:0 stalemate against Leeds United.
