Kylian Mbappe, a PSG sensation, is considering retiring from the France national team at the age of 22.
Following France's unexpected Euro 2020 elimination this summer, where he missed a critical penalty against Switzerland, Kylian Mbappe says he felt that he was becoming a "trouble" with the national team, prompting him to ponder retirement from international football.
Mbappe, who is still only 22, missed the game-winning penalty when France lost on penalties to Switzerland at the European Championships this summer.
Following his lackluster performances throughout the tournament, as well as the aforementioned spot-kick, the PSG forward admitted that he was "made to feel like a problem" in the senior France system.
However, several other stars have retired at this young age and others like Lionel Messi retired only to come back later.
Mbappe should keep calm and make a cool decision for this nation still needs him much in the upcoming tournaments starting with FIFA word cup Whis will be in Qatar in 2022.
