Arsenal youngster Martin Odegaard has revealed how Arsenal is naturing them to become world-class players. Speaking to Sky sports Odegard said that the club is doing a lot to help them with their development and he really appreciates it. Martin Odegaard was assigned from Real Madrid last summer after what was a successful loan deal. He has since proved his signing right having scored four goals and provided one premier league assist.
The Norwegian captain has however gone ahead and explained how Arsenal backroom staff is helping him develop. He said that other than the support he said “We have a very exciting group of players here. They do a fantastic job with young players, giving us match time and helping us all the way. They not only give us the chance but help us grow every year.” He said.
He went ahead to state that his development he seemed to stall when at Madrid but Arsenal has given him hope that his development is moving to the right direction. “I feel that they have helped me a lot in the short period I’ve been here. I have been through a lot, despite my young age, and now I have joined a fantastic team, with young and promising players” he said.
