France Forced To Make Two Changes In The First Half After Two Quick Goals Stunner By Argentina

France were forced to make two changes in the first half after conceding two quick goals against Argentina. The Argentine's started on the right foot having majority of the attempts. They would later be rewarded by a goal that came froma Lionel Messi penalty. Angel Di Maria was brought down in the box by Ousmane Dembele and the referee immediately pointed to the spot. Messi slotted home nicely to give them a lead.

Angel Di Maria then scored the second goal that came from a counter attack. The defense was nowhere and were helpless even as the goal went in. This orchestrated a change and Kolo Muani was brought in for Ousmane Dembele. Dembele looked off in the minutes he played. Kolo Muani was brought in to stabilize the defense while Marcus Thuram also came on for Olivier Giroud. This meant a change in the game structure. The score at halftime was 2:0
