Chelsea have officially confirmed that Ben Chilwell suffered a significant injury and the defender is unfortunately expected to miss the World Cup this year. Chelsea stated that following the injury sustained in their recent UCL match against Dinamo Zagreb, Chilwell has undergone a scan on his injured hamstring and results showed that he has suffered a significant injury. Ben Chilwell will begin a rehabilitation programme with the clubs medical department.
