Chelsea football club are currently enjoying their hard work and commitment of playing impressive football which has got them on top the English Premier league table.
Chelsea and Liverpool have had identical results this season as they begun the season with three nil wins, their following matches they got two nil wins, then the draw at Anfield and the recent three nil wins in the previous match day week.
Even though the two clubs have identical results and points this season, Chelsea have been placed on top of the table rather than Liverpool football club.
According to Premier league Rule C.7, in case two teams have the same points, goal difference and goals scored, they are to occupy same position in the league but the alphabetical order will be used to to place them in first and second position.
Alphabetically, Chelsea is up in the table thus the reason to why they are put ahead of Liverpool in the current standings.
