According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have reached an agreement with Denmark defender Andreas Christensen where the star will be extending his stay at the Stamford Bridge after his initial contract remaining with less than 12 months.
It is reported that a contract deal of four years plus one year extension is already on the table for Christensen to pen down after all the negotiations which led to the agreement between the two parties ended positively.
Fabrizio Romano reports that the star had offers from two unknown clubs, but Christensen was keen to continue with his footballing career at the West London based club, indicating that their will be no chance for talks with those interested.
After Christensen pens down the new deam, Chelsea will be remaining with the efforts of extending the contract of German defender, Antonio Rudiger whose contract is on the final year and is set to expire on June 2022.
