Manchester United has provided a positive update on Marcus Rashford’s injury situation. Manchester United Revealed that the English forward who had undergone a shoulder injury has returned to the Carrington training ground for rehabilitation through the club website. Marcus had been playing with a broken shoulder for almost a year and decided to undergo surgery after what he termed as diminishing performance in the Europa League final.
This was a huge heartbreak to Manchester United fans who expected to see him link up with his fellow England national teammate Jadon Sancho. However, with this update, it will not be long before fans see him back in action. Despite the fact that his return date has not yet Revealed it will be soon since he has already started working out as Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær said.
Solskjær said that Marcus Rashford looks happy and composed in the rehabilitation process hence it will not be long before he resumes action.He seemed very happy with the surgery,” the boss said. “He’s working in the gym we see him every day so he’ll be chomping at the bit when it gets nearer to the time when he can come back.”
Manchester United will face Southampton this evening and Fans would have hoped to have him fit as the last time they faced Southampton he scored one goal assisted another but it is not possible. However new signing Jadon Sancho might make his first start for Manchester United today.
