Two premier league matches were played yesterday night. In the first match, Tottenham Hotspur came from behind and secured a 3-2 victory over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes went ahead in the 24th minute when Patson Daka scored the match opener.
Tottenham Hotspur replied on the 38th minute courtesy of Harry Kane, the goal was assisted by Harry Winks. James Maddison made the scores 2-1 in the 76th minute when he netted a fantastic goal which was assisted by Havey Barnes.
The Foxes defended well upto the added time when Steven Bergwijn scored two goals to hand Tottenham Hotspurs unexpected victory.
In another match, Manchester United secured a 3-1 victory over Brentford. The Red Devils went ahead in the 55th minute when Anthony Elanga scored a fantastic goal assisted by Fred. Seven minutes later, Mason Greenwood netted the second goal of the game assist provided by Bruno Fernandes before Rashord sealed the victory in the 77th minute.
Manchester City are leading the table in the English Premier League and are 11 points clear off Liverpool in second position, and 12 points ahead of 3rd-place Chelsea.
