Manchester City star IIkay Gundogan has expressed his thought about the new champions league format.
According to the German player maker, the format doesn't take into consideration the welfare of the players.
He says the format will bring on too many games which will be overload to layers something the initiators of the format hasn't looked on.
The City midfielder says all energy has put on Super League instead of seeing on how to improve the current attractive club football competition to fit both players and fans across the world.
He added that UCL new format is just the Super League in a certain angle which many has not identified up to now.
The City star claims the current Champions League format is fit for the current football and so no need to change it as UEFA has done. He claims UCL that is being played has made club football being loved by fans in the world.
Gundogan is unhappy with the new format and we wait to see more reactions on the same stance as time goes by.
