Manchester United Loanee Finally Makes Big Decision About His Future at Old Trafford

The summer transfer window is a few months away and many clubs across Europe are preparing for a busy transfer window. All want to strengthen their squads ahead of the 2021/2022 season as well as clear the deadwood. Others want to balance their financial books.

Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard has finally made his final decision about his future at Old Trafford. According to Eurosports, Jesse Lingard has decided to leave Old Trafford permanently when the summer transfer window opens.

The Englishman is said to be frustrated after Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Sokljaer failed to believe and show faith in him sidelining him for half of the season before loaning him out to West Ham United. Ole limited Lingard to just three FA Cups and Carabao cups appearances his season.

Since moving to London Stadium, Lingard has played 11 games for David Moyes's side and scored 11 goals. He was also recalled to Gareth Southgate's squad where he impressed ahead of Eurogames this summer.

West Ham on the other hand is impressed with Jesse Lingard and would like to keep him beyond the summer transfer window. They consider him as one of long-term signing that will push the club into qualifying for European games in years to come.
