Arsenal's Player With The Highest Number of Injuries in The Club's History

Players getting Injuries while playing football is normal. However, some injuries can always ruin someone's football career. Today, am going to share with you the sand story of former Arsenal star Abou Diaby's injury record that forced him to retire from professional football at the age of 32 years.

He was born on 11 May 1986 and played for the France national team making 16 appearances between 2006 to 2012 and managed to only score one goal. During his active days, he played a box-to-box role.

Abou Diaby's career was dominated by never-ending injuries. Four months after joining Arsenal in 2006, he was a victim of a dangerous tackle from Dan Smith. Diaby broke his ankle and had to undergo 3 operations. During his time with the Gunners, Abou Diaby suffered 37 different injuries. Abou Diaby eventually returned to Marseille where he retired after managing to play in only 5 league games.
