Premier League

Tuesday's Nine(9) Top-notch Predictions To Stake On

LEICESTER CITY VS NORWICH.

Leicester’s winless streak stretched to seven games at the weekend as they gave Everton a lifeline but, with successive games against two already-relegated sides coming up, Brendan Rodgers has a great chance to get his side back on track at the King Power Stadium.

The Foxes currently lie 14th in the table with four games remaining and, while they are almost certainly safe from relegation, this is a massive underachievement with a squad as talented as this one.

Norwich look to be the perfect side to face when in need of a morale boost, though. The Canaries are showing no sign of putting in a strong end-of-season showing after their relegation was confirmed, with the most recent setback being a 4-0 drubbing at home to West Ham.

The Canaries have now lost four successive games and shipped 12 goals in the process, while an abysmal ten of their last 12 in the Premier League have ended in defeat, including five of their six away games in this run.

Leicester may be in poor form but they have only lost two of their last 11 home games in the Premier League and have taken maximum points in six of those fixtures. They are justified favourites here and, with eight of Norwich’s last 12 in the league resulting in a loss by more than a single goal, backing Leicester on the -1 handicap looks a good bet.

The Foxes have scored exactly twice in each of their last two home wins and Norwich have failed to score in their last three matches, so a 2-0 correct score prediction also appeals.
