Official: European Giants Appoint New Head Coach Few Days After Sacking Manager

Just three days after parting ways with German tactician, Marco Rose, Bundesliga giants and 2021/22 runners up, Borussia Dortmund have now appointed a new manager with former interim head coach, Edin Terzic making a sensational return to the Signal Iduna Park on a three-year contract.

"Borussia Dortmund has agreed to terms with Edin Terzic to become the new first team head coach on contract until 2025," reads an official statement from the Bundesliga giants.

Terzic, 39 had a promising spell on interim basis with the Black and Yellow between December, 2020 and June, 2021 where he managed to bag 20 wins and four draws with a win percentage of 62 before taking over the technical director role at the club and hence, he will no doubt be a greater addition to the German club in their quest to overhaul reigning champions, Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, on his appointment, the German-Croatian tactician reteirated that he is ready and raring to go: "By now, people should know how important BVB is in my life....We will give everything every day for the success of the club."
