Man United Full Ins And Outs For January Transfer Window 2021.

Manchester United expected a fairly quiet January transfer window and that's exactly what they got despite having some issues to solve at defensive and attacking options.

United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was keen to land a natural winger with the likes of Jadon Sancho, Dembele and Adama Traore being linked to the club but the deals failed.

In defensive options, United missed on the likes of Kolidou Koulibaly, Dayot Upamecano and Sergio Ramos who were also believed to be a better solution to defence crisis at United backline.

Here is the full list of Ins and outs for man United in this January transfer 2021;


Amad Diallo

Amad's move from Atalanta was a long time coming after an agreement was reached in summer. He costed United £19 plus add ons.

He started with United's Under-23 squad, though the exciting right-winger is expected to push into Solskjaer's first-team plans in the coming months, with the club very excited about his potential.


Tymothy Fosu-Mensah.

He moved to Bayern Leverkusen after failing to extend his contract with united. He requested for a move to seek for a fresh air and he costed £1.5m only.

Marcos Rojo.

His contract was terminated following his request to leave. He is set to join his boyhood club Boca Juniors on a free transfer.

Jesse Lingard.

Lingard moved to westham on loan with a fee of £1.5m. He is set to stay at westham for the rest of the season.

It may be that Lingard has played his final game for United, with a permanent sale possible in the summer. His longer-term future will depend on how he fares with the Hammers in the next few months.

James Garner.

He was loaned to Nottingham forest for the rest of the season.

Tahith Chong.

United made a decision of loan move of Tahith to club brugge after struggling for first team spot at Wernder Bremen.

Other players who were offered to loan are: Ethen Laird to MK dons , Fecundo Pellistri to Derpotivo Alaves and Teden Mengi to Derby County.
