Solskjaer States How United Needs to be Next Season

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has now extended his dreams as a United manager to the next season. And he has started early preparations to make sure his squad is ready for next season challenge.

So, the Norwegian is planning to land a new centre back in the squad despite having many options at this position. When he was asked about the decision, he answered that at United, there is a need for competition when it comes to playing places.

He added that United playing time needs to be fought for and that's how United needs to be next season.

The Norwegian tactician clearly stated that he needs new players before the start of next season to challenge for the positions that are there which are held by current members of the squad.

Ole says he doesn't want players to be comfortable with their playing positions and warning them that next season will be different for them.

Ole is linked with a move for Raphael Verane this summer from Real Madrid. As said, this is a threat for both Lindolf and Maguire who has been regular in that position.
