Thomas Tuchel's tenure as Chelsea manager seems to have started on a high, this is after a perfect start of four wins and a draw in his first five games in charge.He has since become a fan favorite after turning the club's fortunes around.

His choice of formation resembles that of former manager Antonio Conte, a formation that gave Conte the league in his tenure before leaving for Inter.With Chelsea in position 10 when he took over, he has since taken them to just one point behind Liverpool who are position four.

They are currently in position five. Here are reason why he can be considered the best ever Chelsea manager;

1.He did not sign his players like other managers in his first transfer window though he had the resources.

2.He uses both youth and experienced players something most manager have failed to do at Chelsea, with all managers except Lampard using experience while Lampard opting for the youth.

3.He does not favour countrymen like others, example Lampard favoured fellow Englishmen unlike Tuchel who has opted for only performers.
